My Dad passed away December 2011 after a 6 week battle. I attach a lovely photo of me with Dad (Derek Kenny) in January 2004. He looks radiantly healthy here and was loving being a Grandpa to my 18 month son at this point. My biggest hope is that in my son's lifetime, a cure will be found. My son is almost 18 - I do believe it will happen.
